Brady Plus

We are in search of a Dayshift Supervisor to join our growing team. This role will coordinate, and perform daily warehouse activities including supervising warehouse staff, including but not limited to Receiving and Day Shipping. You should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring our profits are in line with the overall strategy of the larger organization.

Responsibilities Include: 

• Training employees with an emphasis on Safety, Quality and Production
• Receiving inbound purchase orders
• Locating, staging and replenishing product
• Completing daily receiving schedule
• Auditing location of product in warehouse (inventory management)
• Shipping of LTL, parcel, and other day shipping tasks.
• Responsible for the location's safety program and the wellness of the employees.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Warehouse management/inventory software experience
• Self-motivated team player with a determined approach
• Excellent supervisory experience
• Ability to prioritize, organize and multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and e-mail
• Experienced stand-up reach, pallet jack and sit-down forklift operator
