We are in search of a Senior Director, Key Initiatives to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for responsible for leading high-impact efforts aimed at driving business growth, expanding strategic partnerships, and unlocking new revenue opportunities. Highly cross-functional in nature, it works closely with senior leadership to identify, develop, and execute opportunities that enhance our core business and establish new program relationships. The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder, a strategic thinker, and a hands-on executor with a track record of delivering measurable growth through business development, cross-sell strategies, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities Include:
- Strategic Development: Identify, assess, and lead initiatives that support business growth across new and existing markets.
- Partnership Expansion: Cultivate relationships with new and existing partners to explore cross-sell and upsell opportunities aligned with our product and service offerings.
- Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders to align growth initiatives with company goals and long-term vision.
- Program Development: Drive the launch of new programs or services, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demand.
- Opportunity Sourcing: Proactively develop, evaluate, and recommend strategic initiatives that can enhance revenue streams or increase operational efficiency.
- Project Management: Lead multi-functional teams to deliver high-priority projects on time and within scope, ensuring measurable outcomes and clear KPIs.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging opportunities to keep our growth strategies relevant and competitive
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic initiatives, partnerships, or related roles
- Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Experience launching and scaling new programs or initiatives
- High level of initiative, ownership, and a growth mindset
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, Monday.com)
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, agile environment
Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this role is $150,000-$200,000. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
