Job Description

We are searching for a Sales Specialist for our NVISION Department to join our growing team. This role will be managing complexity, building relationships and delivering results in a customer-facing role. This high-profile, high-impact position plays a critical role on the account team by leading solutions-based project management and driving success through a consultative sales approach. The Sales Specialist must develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and the value NVISION® brings to the partnership. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to be both analytical and consultative are essential, with project management skills proving critical to fostering customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities.


Responsibilities Include:  

  •  Manage day-to-day projects focused on over delivering on customer requirements. 
  • Track complete life cycle of commercial print projects, corrugate displays, point-of-sale, permanent merchandisers and/or promotional projects from initiation through delivery to customer. 
  • Special focus on permanent and temporary displays in retail environment. Will be responsible for ideation, material selection, prototyping, and project management of customer displays and fixtures. 
  • Coordinate ideation sessions that lead to innovative print and merchandising solution offerings.
  • Acquire expertise on BradyPLUS system offerings and technology platforms.
  • Deliver upon sales goals and objectives while managing overall account requirements.
  • Ability to shape customer’s expectations properly and communicate effectively.
  • Learn and eventually advise/consult on cost savings opportunities, program enhancements, process efficiencies through a consultative analytical approach.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Strategic Supply Chain Management and educate the customer on BradyPLUS’s value and service offerings.
  • Proactively address issues in a timely and professional manner. Solve problems and escalate issues or opportunities when appropriate and/or warranted.
  • Oversee complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate in the content development of business reviews, build presentations and present to key customers.


The Ideal Candidate Will Have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Development, Graphic Communications or related field.
  • 5+ years of commercial print, point-of-sale display, promotional products and/or marketing agency experience.
  • Experience with requesting and proposing display renderings.  Ability to work within creative software (i.e. InDesign) a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage projects in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate setting.
  • Proven ability to effectively build relationships, take quick, decisive action, and be assertive when necessary.
  • Independent drive to proactively seek out new opportunities with a solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to physically sit at a desk for long periods, operate a computer, and listen/speak clearly on the phone and in-person.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Ability to successfully pass job-related pre-employment screenings to include a criminal background check and drug test.

 

Compensation & Benefits: 

The pay range for this role is $55,000-$70,000/per year. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
