Brady Plus

We are in search of a Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for supervising the warehouse/distribution function and staff.

Responsibilities Include: 

• Sort, distribute, and assign work to employees
• Oversee quality and quantity of work.
• Train new employees.
• Oversee that all orders are picked correctly and all trucks are loaded correctly
• Assure that stages are correctly picked, labeled, and broken down. Ensure that all messages on body of order are followed on those pertaining to warehouse
• Process/manage pickup orders
• Oversee clerical support, including checking that all orders are being invoiced as well as confirmed; assist in any computer problems; and assure that locations are being updated
• Investigate stock when computer shows quantity but merchandise cannot be found
• Oversee and maintain housekeeping of warehouse

The Ideal Candidate Will Have: 

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two to three years of warehouse supervisory experience
• Knowledge of control, shipping, and receiving procedures required
• Data entry skills
• Experience with ADP, preferred. 
• Track productivity metrics to ensure operational targets are consistently met.
• Ability to pass job-related employment screenings, to include a criminal background check and drug test.

Compensation & Benefits 

The pay range for this role is $50,000-$60,000. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
