We are searching for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers and sales team, providing exceptional service and support throughout the order process. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve issues efficiently, and communicate clearly will be key to delivering a seamless customer experience and supporting overall business success.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist customers and the sales team with the accurate and timely placement of daily orders.
- Provide product guidance to help customers choose the most suitable items for their needs.
- Research and resolve inquiries related to deliveries, inventory availability, credits, special orders, and pricing.
- Conduct daily outreach to customers for standing orders and work closely with sales to prioritize and expedite urgent requests.
- Coordinate shipping logistics, including SMPU, FedEx shipments, customer pickups, and emergency deliveries, in collaboration with the shipping department.
- Prepare and communicate price quotes as needed.
- Identify and forward potential sales opportunities and leads to the Sales department.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- High school diploma required; Associates Degree (preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using order management systems and e-Commerce platforms
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to physically sit at a desk for long periods, operate a computer, and listen/speak clearly on the phone and in-person.
- Pre-Employment Screening: Ability to successfully pass job-related pre-employment screenings to include a criminal background check and drug test.
