We are searching for an Experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team. This role is responsible to focus on managing core technology and process components within Sales and Service Clouds along with additional third-party applications. This role should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of the Salesforce platform. Upon completion on our initial build, the Salesforce Administration will own daily management as well as enhancements to the Business.
Responsibilities Include:
• Creating declarative process automation following best practice, leveraging up-to-date feature sets in the current Salesforce release
• Designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, etc. according to application requirements
• Taking business requirements and shaping them within the Salesforce framework • Debugging issues related to Salesforce workflows, process builders and flows
• Performing critical updates and keeping up to date with Salesforce release cycle
• Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, and groups • Support ERP, IDW and PowerBI integrations partnering with application teams.
• Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data
• Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing • Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases
• Establish and ensure a collaborative working environment and culture to support business functions to consistently deliver world class end-to-end user experience.
• Advocate for user-centric changes in process flows of other departments and cross-functionally collaborate with teams to implement changes.
• Drive continuous process improvement culture including measurement and tracking ROI on identified transformation opportunities for user experience.
• Implement and manage third party add on applications within Salesforce environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
• 2+ years of Salesforce experience focused on Sales, Service and Field Service Lightning.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator - Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder and Trailhead Badges/Super Badges are desirable
• Experience in designing picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, reports, process automation, and dashboards according to application requirements
• Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Workbench)
• Ability to excel in a fast-growing/fast-paced environment, delivering accuracy while managing deadlines where adaptability is imperative
• Passion for process and experience scaling processes with an aptitude for working with data, e.g., Salesforce Reports and Dashboards, Microsoft Excel, PowerBI or Tableau
• Positive, high-energy attitude, independent, and takes ownership of all tasks from start to finish
• Initiative, ability to proactively solve problems and provide valuable input to senior management
• Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills
- Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to physically sit at a desk for long periods, operate a computer, and listen/speak clearly on the phone and in-person.
