Brady Plus

We are in search of an Inside Sales Representative who is responsible for achieving new sales and servicing existing customers via telephone in order to meet department and company goals.  Assist team members in all sales functions.

Responsibilities Include: 

• Call upon established teleservice accounts by phone
• Grow gross margin in un-established accounts and active account base
• Expand product mix within existing customer base
• Manage Orders
• Make regular calls to potential users of material, equipment, and services offered by the company
• Receive overflow calls from Customer Service and enter orders in system
• Additional duties or special projects as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have: 

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service is preferred, but open to entry level candidates.  
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers using telephone and email.
• Ability to interact professionally with vendors, customers and division personnel.
• Ability to work independently and build strong relationships
• Ability to physically sit at a desk for long periods, operate a computer, and listen/speak clearly on the phone and in-person
• Ability to pass job-related employment screenings.
