Brady Plus

We are in search of a Delivery Driver Class B CDL to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for performing route deliveries accurately and efficiently to our customers. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Fully understand how to operate and safely drive your assigned vehicle
• Ensure contents are properly secured inside of the truck to prevent breakage or damage
• Communicate with dispatch as needed
• Perform inspections of your vehicle prior to and following each trip
• Always ensure your vehicle is kept clean
• Notify managers of any major maintenance or issues encountered
• Load and unload truck
• Follow schedule and rest at appropriate times
• Track and report working hours
• Adhere to company rules and regulations
• Obey all applicable traffic laws and drive according to the weather/road conditions
• Comply with DOT regulations
• Make safety a priority at all times

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Valid Class B CDL License required.
• 2+ years proven experience with driving preferred.
• Safe Driving History.
• Skilled at driving Bobtail 26ft.
• Comfortable maneuvering and parking a bobtail.
• Alert, focused, and detail oriented.
• Able to operate an electric lift, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.
• An innate sense of direction.
• Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful.
• High level of composure and good stress management.

• Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to push/pull 100lbs and lift up to 50lbs. 
• Pre-Employment Screening: Ability to successfully pass job-related employment screenings.
• DRIVING: Driving on a regular basis on behalf of the company is an essential function of this role. A valid drivers’ license and safe driving history is required. 

Compensation & Benefits  

The pay range for this role is $23.58 per hour. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
