Job Description

We are in search of a Contract Administrator to support the management of deviations & contract pricing. Maintain system data and ensure accurate and timely processing of information. Supports all aspects of National Accounts pricing & compliance, including but not limited to maintaining up to date contracts, loading contracts in system, and ensuring contractual compliance.  

 

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Coordinate contract pricing with the Sales Team and Buyers.
  • Enter and maintain contract pricing in the system.
  • Renew contracts with suppliers.
  • Create and edit pricing pages assigned to vendors and customers.
  • Routinely check for discrepancies within the system when compared to vendor contracts.  
  • Verify information for accuracy, make corrections, and update data when needed.
  • Delete data when it is no longer relevant and eliminate duplicate data from the system.
  • Inform Brady stakeholders/account reps of vendor cost changes.
  • Promote, maintain, communicate assigned programs effectively with customers, managers, and network affiliations.
  • Perform financial research and industry trend analysis gained from external and internal quarterly reports, Agency budgets, industry publications, etc.
  • Report/present research findings.
  • Collaborate with and assist in evaluating and analyzing customer, sales team, category, and segment metrics.
  • Support the development of working relationships with vendors and internal parties to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
  • Support day-to-day execution of pricing strategy.
  • Support leadership in driving revenue growth while maintaining desired margins through strategic margin management at category and customer segment.

  • This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m or similar. Occasional early or late hours may be required as job duties demand.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information & Analytics, General Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or Information Systems.
  • 3+ years of Finance, Accounting and/or Contracts experience preferred, distribution experience a plus.
  • Hands on experience with financial analysis, pricing management, database maintenance, and/or data collection and manipulation
  • Detailed oriented and organized

SQL preferred” or “MS SQL certification preferred”

 

Compensation & Benefits:

The pay range for this role is $31.00- $31.75 per hour. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
