We are in search of a Master Data Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for ensuring data integrity for new product setup and loads, new vendor setup and loads. Reviews, edits, and verifies master data including cost, category, market, and attributes. Works with the Category/Merchandising, Sales, and the BradyPLUS Vendor community to create “golden records” to enable transactions on BradyPLUS Platforms. Responsible for providing assistance to the sales organization to ensure data integrity for new vendor and item loads. Assist in various Category/Merchandising and Ecommerce related projects and activities.
*** This position in remote and can be located anywhere in the U.S.
Responsibilities Include:
- Independently manage the relationship with internal teams and external suppliers to obtain accurate operational content for the purpose of adding items to the product master file.
- Manage the relationship with the Category / Merchandising team to coordinate the timing of product updates tied to vendor cost changes.
- Manage the relationship with Marketing to ensure product content is appropriate for web presentation.
- Provides ad-hoc reporting and analyses as requested and interprets data to meet the specific needs of stakeholders or functional groups within the Company.
- Ability to work with large data sets to upload into core BradyPLUS systems.
- Manage multiple projects and multiple timelines.
- Exercise discretion in managing company proprietary information.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Ability to gather, analyze and organize complex data in such a manner as to make it actionable and effective for Envoy Solutions systems.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet or exceed deadlines and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow up.
- Must have the drive to produce accurate results and a sense of accountability for assigned projects.
- Must be able to learn new software applications; must understand basic IT documents for workflows, data concepts, and project requirement timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience required,
- Minimum three years of related business experience, with a solid understanding of business issues and data challenges.
