Job Description

We are in search of a Pricing Manager to join our growing team. This role will support the Sr. Director Pricing Strategy in supporting pricing and margin management across the Company. Position can be either a remote or hybrid depending on the location of qualified candidate.  The Pricing Manager will be responsible for evaluating and implementing pricing strategies to maximize the company's profitability and market share. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.


***This is a remote position and can be located anywhere within the U.S.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Execute pricing reviews: Lead 1X1 pricing reviews with Sales and recommend pricing actions to increase margins.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, and other performance metrics to make informed pricing decisions. Improve data integrity to help drive effective decision making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, merchandising, business analytics, and cost teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and Adjust: Continuously monitor pricing performance and adjust strategies as necessary to respond to market changes and competitive actions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on pricing performance and strategy effectiveness for senior management.

 

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, finance, or a related role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with pricing software and data analysis tools.
  • Highly skilled in Excel and experience manipulating, analyzing, and presenting data-driven insights.
  • Experience with Power BI preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Will be detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
