Description & Requirements
The Sales Specialist will manage complexity, build strong relationships, and deliver results in a customer-facing role. This position focuses on print projects, promotional products, point-of-sale materials, site surveys, installations, and heavy project management. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, hold themselves accountable, and identify new opportunities within the account.
This role requires strong organizational skills, relationship-building capabilities, and a desire to grow professionally by taking on new responsibilities and challenges.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and execute print, promotional product, and point-of-sale projects from concept through completion.
- Coordinate site surveys and oversee installations to ensure flawless execution.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain alignment and meet deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and identify new opportunities within the account.
- Develop and deliver presentations for business reviews and project updates.
- Monitor industry trends in print and promotional products to inspire innovation and cost-effective solutions.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for multiple concurrent projects.
- Proactively address issues and escalate when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in print, POP, or promotional products.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
