National Accounts Sales Coordinator
Support all aspects of Cooperative Purchasing Organizations (CO-OP), Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO), and other large National Accounts.
Please Note: This position is Remote and can be performed anywhere in the U.S.
Essential Functions:
- Support National Account onboarding / implementation process, working with Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Contracts departments, as well as local field Sales to ensure smooth set up and full maintenance
- Interface with CO-OP and GPO portals to access member rosters, markup schedules, and cost contracts to execute against customer pricing activation requests
- Guide Sales Team members on CO-OP and GPO related processes and procedures
- Analyze and audit Contracts Database via the extraction of large raw datasets
- Confirm system accuracy as it relates to contract utilization across National Accounts
- Ensure customers are accurately priced to appropriate contracts using various sources of data such as reports, spreadsheets, memberships lists, etc.
- Analyze program details to find profitability opportunities
- Work with Marketing to generate program proposals/collateral (e.g. pricing, marketing material) for potential National business
- Build and maintain customer facing order guides against National programs
- Support day-to-day aspects of National RFX (Request for Quote - RFQ, Request for Proposals - RFP, Request for Bid - RFB)
- Track and analyze account compliance and financial performance
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration on processes to improve National Accounts Department function efficiencies
- Offer additional perspective to internal processes and projects based on experience and knowledge
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business information & Analytics, General Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or Information Systems.
- 3+ years of Finance, Accounting and/or Contracts experience preferred, distribution experience a plus. Experience with GPOs, CO-OP programs, and/or National Accounts is also preferred
- Hands on experience with financial analysis, pricing management, database maintenance, and/or data collection and manipulation
