We are in search of a Customer Solutions Representative for our ProDesk to join our growing team. This role is responsible for being the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all channels.
Responsibilities Include:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM or ticketing systems
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Provide product and service information, as well as troubleshooting when needed
- Stay informed on company policies, services, and product updates
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
- Contribute to team goals and maintain high standards of service
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree a plus.
- 1+ years of Customer Service or a call center experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Bilingual abilities (a plus but not required).
- Customer Focused.
- Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit at a desk for long periods, operate a computer, and listen/speak clearly on the phone and in-person.
- Pre-Employment Screening: Ability to successfully pass job-related pre-employment screenings to include a criminal background check and drug test.
