Job Description

We are in search of a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. This is a client-facing role for a self-starting individual who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for managing both emerging and established accounts, ensuring client satisfaction while strategically expanding your book of business.

As a Sales Representative, you will leverage the BradyPLUS sales process to identify key markets, follow up on leads, and deliver tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Responsibilities Include: 

  • Drive Growth: Expand sales within existing accounts and generate new business through targeted outreach and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional value and service to customers.
  • Consultative Selling: Build high-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor to help clients optimize their spend and achieve their goals.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business plans that define your sales strategies, tactics, and growth targets.
  • Product Expertise: Stay informed on BradyPLUS’ evolving product offerings and technology to provide innovative solutions.
  • Opportunity Management: Lead multiple cross-product initiatives and manage complex sales projects.
  • Tailored Presentations: Create impactful presentations that align BradyPLUS solutions with customer needs.
  • CRM Utilization: Track and manage business activity using company-required software, including Salesforce.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Identify client challenges and recommend products, systems, and programs to expand their portfolio.
  • Engagement & Reporting: Attend sales meetings and participate in monthly and quarterly performance reviews.

 

The Ideal Candidate Will Have: 

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and a customer-first mindset.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Confident presenter in both small and large group settings.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations as needed.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
