We are searching for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is the “quarterback” of departmental communications between procurement, design, project management and the sales department to facilitate meeting project timelines and all work-related milestones. The role interacts with the business partner community and install vendors to assure schedules are met. Informs individual team leaders of issues and problems that may be occurring within the course of the projects scheduled.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist sales reps in developing A/Q quotes for their customers.
- Request quotes from manufacturers and Equip Business partners.
- Request quotes from installers.
- Manages change order process and assures procedures and policies are being followed as per company guidelines.
- Review of incident reports with Director of Equipment & Supply on a weekly basis.
- Schedule installs for jobs/customers in their portfolio.
- Review Manufacturer related issues and concerns with Director of Equipment & Supply.
- Assist with warehouse issues & field installation when required.
- Prepare Specification books and operator manuals as required.
- Responsible for all Manufacturer and delivery schedules.
- Track all drawings and quotes.
- Provide equipment packages to Procurement with all required backups.
- Manage service call program with manufacturers and customers.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 4+ years of experience related to the hospitality industry, direct involvement with the use of foodservice equipment, such as, ovens, fryers, stoves and steamers preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to prepare quotes, point of sales material for presentation, general knowledge of applications of food service equipment required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with sales professionals, customers, internal team members and management as required.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team to provide superior customer satisfaction to both internal and external customers.
- Strong leadership skills and strong interpersonal skills required.
- Must be detailed oriented and well organized.
- Experience working with various computer applications including, Auto Quotes, Inventory Control, Micro Soft Word, Power Point and Excel preferred.
- Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to physically sit at a desk for long periods, operate a computer, and listen/speak clearly on the phone and in-person.
- Pre-Employment Screening: Ability to successfully pass job-related pre-employment screenings to include a criminal background check and drug test.
