Job Description

We are in search of a Service Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing daily service operations, leading service teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating staff, maintaining service standards, and improving operational efficiency.

 

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Supervise and support service staff (technicians, advisors, or support agents)
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalated complaints
  • Develop and implement service procedures and policies
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports
  • Schedule staff and manage workload distribution
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members
  • Maintain inventory, tools, or service resources (if applicable)
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments (sales, operations, etc.)
  • Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and quality

 

 

The Ideal Candidate Will Have: 

  • Proven experience in a service or customer-facing management role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of industry-specific tools or systems (e.g., CRM software)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field (often preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the specific industry (e.g., automotive, IT services, hospitality)
  • Certification in customer service or management
  • Budgeting and financial management experience
