Brady Plus

We are in search of a Small Engine Mechanic to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, restoring and maintaining equipment repairs for floor care equipment and various other types of machinery. 

Responsibilities Include: 

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing electrical issues using wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Will be completing engine and hydraulic repair.
• Provides customer training on the use and maintenance of service equipment
• Follows-up on all customer requests and questions to ensure an appropriate response is made and the customer is satisfied.
• Process paperwork upon completion of each repair performed. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude

The Ideal Candidate Will Have: 

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age
• 2+ years of considerable experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing electrical issues using wiring diagrams and schematics. 
• 1+ year experience with engine and hydraulic repair. 
• Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift up to 50lbs. Work is regularly performed while standing, sitting, walking, bending and reaching. 
• Pre-Employment Screening: Ability to successfully pass job-related pre-employment screenings to include a criminal background check and drug test.
