Brady Plus

We are searching for a Class B CDL Driver to join our growing team. This role is responsible for distributing our products from the Distribution Center to the Customer in a timely, accurate manner. 
 
 Responsibilities Include: 

• Operate Class B commercial vehicles (e.g., straight trucks, box trucks, dump trucks, or delivery trucks) in a safe and efficient manner.
• Deliver goods to customer locations or job sites as scheduled, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and secure loads properly.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate delivery and pickup records, including electronic logging where applicable.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding delivery schedules, delays, or issues.
• Follow all DOT, company, and local safety regulations and policies.
• Provide courteous, professional service when interacting with customers.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good working order.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have: 

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Clean driving record with no major violations within the past 3–5 years
• Minimum [1–2] years of experience as a Class B driver preferred
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safe driving practices
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
• Excellent time management and communication skills

• Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required lift up to 50lbs and push/pull 100lbs. Regularly sit in a truck and drive a company vehicle.
  
• Pre-Employment Screening: Ability to successfully pass job-related pre-employment screenings to include a criminal background check and drug test.
• Driving: Driving on a regular basis on behalf of the company is an essential function of this role. A valid driver’s license and safe driving history is required
