Job Description

We are in search of an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for selling BradyPlus products and services within a designated account package. Duties include new business development, maintaining customer relationships, providing customer specific solutions and meeting established sales targets. This candidate must be comfortable making numerous daily phone calls, using excel and other software programs and working with channel partners, generating leads, qualifying prospects and closing sales. This position requires a competitive and motivated spirit with the drive to solve problems.   

 

 

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Account Management acting as a liaison and go to person for all things for those customers. 
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold- calls and emails.
  • Understanding customers’ needs and requirements.
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects.
  • Be available to attend sales training. 
  • Together with the senior sales staff, constantly work to create effective and strategic sales methods.
  • Perform research on behalf of the company, proactively researching potential opportunities and generating interest. 
  • Research accounts, identify key players, maintain and expand the sales database of prospects.
  • Provide sales support for the department. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

The Ideal Candidate Will Have: 

  • 1+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative or experience in a similar capacity.
  • Account Management experience
  • Quick Learner
  • Track-record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with CRM(s) systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Possess the ability to effectively manage time and multi-task
  • Creativity, flexibility, and motivation are all required in this position
