We are in search of a Data Analyst to join our growing team. As a Data Analyst you will be responsible to elevate our analytics ecosystem and deliver powerful reporting experiences through Power BI and Fabric.

You’ll join a collaborative team of data professionals committed to innovation, adaptability, and creating scalable, elegant solutions in service of making our business better. This role could be remote and can be located anywhere in the U.S.
Responsibilities Include:
- Build and optimize reports using Power BI, focusing on DAX, usability, and performance.
- Consume and contribute to Microsoft Fabric artifacts, including Lakehouses, Dataflows Gen2, and Semantic Models.

- Translate user needs into streamlined, scalable reporting and self-service solutions.
- Assist with troubleshooting user questions and issues to improve reporting.
- Participate in testing, QA, and documentation to maintain accuracy and clarity across reports.
- Help monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines in Fabric and maintain reporting performance standards.

- Strong DAX and data modeling skills.
- 2-5 years of SQL experience (T-SQL or Spark SQL).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse (or a proven ability to adapt fast).
- Solid business analytics experience; familiarity with key metrics and an understanding of how to use data to drive business outcomes.
- Some exposure to Power Automate, Power Apps, or other low-code automation platforms.
- Experience with Python, especially for data wrangling or automation is a plus
- Team oriented mindset, strong work ethic, and the ability to think critically, multitask, and solve problems in fast-changing environments.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
