We are in search of a Data Analyst -Marketing & eCommerce to join our growing team. As a Data Analyst -Marketing & eCommerce you will be focused on digital experience and marketing performance, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into strategic insights that drive business decisions across digital platforms. This role blends website analytics with marketing performance measurement, enabling the business to optimize user engagement, campaign ROI, and customer journey effectiveness. In this role you will report to the Sr Director, Business Intelligence & Data Analysis, collaborating closely with teams across marketing and eCommerce to ensure data is at the core of all key decisions.

Responsibilities Include:
Digital & Website Analytics
- Analyze website performance, user behavior, and customer journeys using tools such as Google Analytics, AWS QuickSight, and Azure.
- Identify user trends and friction points across web properties to inform UX/UI improvements and site optimization.
- Track, interpret, and report on KPIs like bounce rate, conversion rate, time on site, and funnel performance.
Marketing Analytics
- Analyze performance of digital marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., email, paid search, organic, social media).
- Provide insights on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through campaign and cohort analysis.
- Partner with marketing teams to optimize spend and increase return on investment (ROI) through data-driven insights.
Dashboarding & Reporting
- Build and maintain dynamic dashboards to monitor website and marketing performance.
- Automate recurring reports and provide ad-hoc analysis for business stakeholders.
- Translate data into clear, actionable presentations for non-technical audiences.
Testing & Optimization
- Support A/B and multivariate testing efforts to improve website functionality, messaging, and marketing effectiveness.
- Track impact of changes and iterate based on results and learnings.
Survey & Feedback Analysis
- Utilize Qualtrics and other tools to integrate user feedback with behavioral data for a more complete picture of the digital experience.
- Analyze survey responses to detect patterns and areas for improvement.
Best Practices & Tooling
- Stay current on the latest digital analytics trends, marketing attribution models, and analytics tools.
- Help maintain data integrity, consistency, and governance across platforms.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a digital or data analyst role with exposure to both web and marketing analytics.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), AWS QuickSight, or similar web analytics tools.
- Experience with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, or similar).
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and tools.
- Strong skills in data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and Excel.
- Familiarity with SEO and SEM principles.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Experience with Power BI preferred
- SQL/Python experience preferred
- Experience with Qualtrics or other survey tools is a plus.
- Ability to physically sit at a desk for long periods, operate a computer, and listen/speak clearly on the phone and in-person
