Brady Plus

We are searching for a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, selecting and loading products within the warehouse.

Responsibilities Include:

• Receive and process warehouse stock products.
• Select and prepare customer orders in a manner that ensures complete fulfillment of each customer order.
• Check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy.
• Ensure accurate receipt and documentation are included for inbound product.
• Affixes pallet tags and mark materials with other identifying information upon receipt.
• Convey products and materials from receiving areas to storage or other designated areas.
• Places items on racks, shelves or bins according to predetermined slot assignments.
• Additional duties or special projects as assigned.

 The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of warehouse experience in
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience utilizing material handling equipment
• Cherry picker experience preferred but not required
• Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required lift up to 50lbs and push/pull 100lbs.
• Pre-Employment Screening: Ability to successfully pass job-related pre-employment screenings to include a criminal background check and drug test.

Compensation & Benefits: 

The pay range for this role is $17.50-$19.00/hour. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
