Job Description

We are in search of a Sales Administrator to join our growing team. This role will provide critical support to the sales team by managing administrative processes, maintaining accurate data in Salesforce, and coordinating essential business functions that enable sales representatives to focus on revenue-generating activities. This role ensures smooth internal operations, supports customer engagement activities, and contributes to the overall efficiency and success of the sales function.

 

The Sales Administrator will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure consistent and accurate information flow and maintain exceptional service standards.

 

 

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Maintain accurate records and reporting in Salesforce/S2K, including account and contact updates, opportunity tracking, and pipeline management support.
  • Generate and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards to aid sales leadership in strategic decision-making.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal coordination of customer inquiries, pricing requests, and lead routing.
  • Support the execution of sales promotions, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to track order status and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the preparation of customer presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
  • Monitor compliance with internal sales procedures and reporting requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel planning.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information and customer data.
  • All other duties as assigned.

 

 

The Ideal Candidate Will Have: 

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role; experience with Salesforce strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
