Job Description

We are in search of Sales Support to join our growing team. The Sales Support Specialist plays a key role in assisting the sales team to achieve revenue goals by providing administrative, operational, and customer service support. This role ensures smooth communication between sales, operations, and clients, helping to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities Include: 

 

Administrative Support:

  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
  • Generate reports on sales metrics and performance.

Customer Service:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication.

Sales Coordination:

  • Assist in managing sales pipelines and tracking leads.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and calls for sales representatives.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Operational Support:

  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams.
  • Help manage documentation for compliance and audits.

 

 

The Ideal Candidate Will Have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and work overtime as needed
  • Ability to lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs and walk, climb, kneel, stoop, and balance frequently; sedentary position

 

Compensation & Benefits 

The pay range for this role is $24.00-$30.00 per hour. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
