3^rd Shift Warehouse Pick/Packer

We are searching for a Warehouse Pick/Packer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for receiving products, as well as putting away products. You will also be responsible for picking and shipping orders. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 6:00pm-2:30am. 

Responsibilities Include: 

• Receive and put away inbound receipts from vendors.
• Pick outbound orders.
• Provide general warehouse labor support.
• Visually inspects products for defects, setting aside defective items to one side on a skid for the rework department.
• Pack items in designated carton per customer orders.
• Place identification labels on outbound shipments.
• Report on discrepancies to supervisor

The ideal candidate will have:    

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Math Skills required. 
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift, reach trucks and other Distribution Center equipment operation experience preferred. 
• Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, work is regularly performed while standing, sitting, walking, bending and reaching. Ability to frequently lift up to 15-35lbs, occasionally lift up to 50lbs. 

• Pre-Employment Screening: Ability to successfully pass job-related pre-employment screenings to include a criminal background check and drug test.

Compensation & Benefits:

The pay range for this role is $20.75 per hour. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
