We are in search of an Account Manager to own and grow a complex enterprise customer relationship. This role is responsible for leading the overall account strategy, managing a dedicated account team, and ensuring the successful execution and expansion of programs across multiple business units and verticals within the customer organization.
The Account Manager serves as the primary owner of the customer relationship, building trust with key stakeholders while ensuring complete customer satisfaction, strong financial performance, and long-term partnership value. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, acting as a player-coach when needed to drive initiatives forward, solve complex problems, and maintain momentum across the account.
Success in this position is measured by customer satisfaction, financial performance, and the long-term growth and retention of the account, including future contract extensions. The ideal candidate brings strong project management capabilities, the ability to lead complex implementations, and a consultative mindset focused on delivering scalable, profitable solutions aligned with customer needs.
Responsibilities Include:
- Own the overall customer relationship and serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
- Lead and manage a dedicated account team, setting priorities and managing workload
- Drive execution of complex programs and initiatives across print, displays, point-of-sale, and promotional services
- Identify customer-led program initiatives and partner with operations, IT, and supply chain, and distribution center teams (among others) to develop solutions
- Manage complex project lifecycles from planning through implementation and optimization
- Act as a player-coach when needed to keep initiatives on track
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities through relationships and new offerings
- Own pricing strategy, margin management, and overall account profitability
- Prepare and lead business reviews and executive-level presentations
- Ensure contractual commitments are met and leveraged effectively
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Graphic Communications, or related field
- 6–8+ years of experience managing complex accounts, programs, or large-scale initiative
- Demonstrated experience leading account teams and operating as a player-coach
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives
- Strong financial acumen including pricing and margin management
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Experience in commercial print, point-of-sale displays, promotional products, or related services preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
The pay range for this role is $80,000- $85,000 per year. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
