Brady Plus

We are in search of a Delivery Driver to join our growing team. This role is responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles that require a Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), such as box trucks, dump trucks, passenger buses, or other medium-heavy vehicles. This role involves local or regional deliveries, pickups, or transportation of materials, products, or passengers, depending on the industry.

Responsibilities Include:

• Operate Class B vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, following all DOT regulations.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload cargo or passengers as assigned.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and report any maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage, and trip reports.
• Follow delivery schedules and communicate delays or issues to dispatch or supervisors.
• Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and routine upkeep of assigned vehicle.

 The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50-75lbs. and perform physical tasks (e.g., loading/unloading).
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Additional endorsements (e.g., Passenger “P”, Air Brakes, Hazmat “H”) depending on role.
• Experience with electronic logs or delivery routing systems. 
• Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or delivery services.
• Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required lift up to 50lbs and push/pull 100lbs. Regularly sit in a truck and drive a company vehicle.
• Pre-Employment Screening: Ability to successfully pass job-related pre-employment screenings to include a criminal background check and drug test.
• Driving: Driving on a regular basis on behalf of the company is an essential function of this role. A valid driver’s license and safe driving history is required
