Brady Plus

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our distribution center, ensuring accurate and efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of products.

Responsibilities Include:

• Load and unload common carrier freight and Brady PLUS delivery trucks
• Receive and unload vendor deliveries per Brady PLUS guidelines
• Put product away in designated areas using RF devices
• Maintain accurate inventory and product labeling
• Work as a team to build and shrink wrap safe and transportable pallets
• Perform daily inventory, organization, and cleaning activities to maintain operational excellence
• Participate in loading dynamics to ensure smooth and efficient loading processes.
• Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor
   Note: For 2nd shift Warehouse Specialists, the job is considered complete once all trucks are loaded and ready to depart.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not necessary
• Experience utilizing material handling equipment (forklift, order picker, electric pallet jack, manual pallet jack, hand truck, and baler) preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of RF systems a plus
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds
• Availability to work a day shift schedule (Monday-Friday), with occasional overtime

Compensation & Benefits  

The pay range for this role is $15.86 - $22.59/hr. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
