Brady Plus

• Be able to put away, replenish in Replenishment on Voice, cycle count, and pick in voice

• Be able to move product from overflow to production
• Straighten out product to even it off in location
• Full skids of product moved down to picking level (picking location) and partial skids hand stacked on top of full skid.
• Take shrink wrap off skids that are being put into location.
• Organize the Reserve of items to ensure that the Reserve is closest to the location it belongs to as best as possible.
• Seek out and separate double stacked pallets in the bulk section of the warehouse.
• Assist other warehouse teams (Wegmans, Receiving, Inventory, Cleaners, and Management) members as needed.
• Clean Aisles, keeping them free from debris including stacking pallets, disposing of cardboard, and sweeping the loading area.  

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:  

• Effectively maintain a safe work environment for you and all co-workers and follow up on safety issues as identified.
• HS Diploma or a high school equivalency diploma 
• Work experience that would demonstrate general math skills and the ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written communication from supervisor and coworkers
• Forklift certificate
• Moderate mental and visual attention required for performing manual work, machine operations, and operating mobile equipment in congested areas or involving considerable variety of movement.
• Ability to balance, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, stand, reach, walk, lift, push, pull, reach, sit, use fingers, grasp, talk, hear, and perform repetitive motions  
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
• Ability to operate an order lift picker, double deep forklift, motorized pallet jack, pallet jack, handcart, and standard forklift
