Job Description

We are in search of a Rebate Coordinator to join our growing team. The Rebate Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating rebate programs to ensure accurate and timely processing. You will work closely with various departments to enhance and identify rebate process and program opportunities.

 

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Update and maintain rebate status/tracking models
  • Validate rebate and/or chargeback submission according to agreed terms
  • Maintain tracking files for all rebate-related programs
  • Identify, research, and communicate any changes in rebate or chargeback trends.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining procedures to ensure efficient administration of rebate documentation
  • Partner with Merchandising team to help inform on status of incentives/rebates and identify gaps/opportunities
  • Partner with local accounting/controller teams to ensure accrual process/data validation
  • Additional duties or special projects as assigned.

 

The Ideal Candidate Will Have: 

  • High School Diploma required. College Degree preferred. 
  • 4-8 Years of back-office distribution experience, preferably including vendor rebates or price support.
  • Excellent follow-up, oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail with an ability to detect data inconsistencies.
  • Highly organized and able to keep track of a high volume of open projects in varying stages of completion.
  • Ability to take full responsibility of assignments and work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to physically sit at a desk for long periods, operate a computer, and listen/speak clearly on the phone and in-person.
  • Ability to pass job-related employment screenings.
